This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which clients (“you,” “your,” or “the client”) may cancel services provided by Medura (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging with Medura’s digital marketing, automation, or consulting services, you agree to the conditions set forth below.
1. General Terms
Medura operates on a structured system of planning, setup, and execution for each client. Because our services involve strategy, content creation, media management, and automation setup, cancellations impact internal resource allocation and campaign continuity. Therefore, all cancellations must adhere to the terms below.
2. Cancellation Notice Period
Clients may cancel their ongoing services by providing a written notice via email to contact@medura.in. The following notice periods apply:
- Monthly Retainer Clients: Minimum 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
- Project-Based Services: Cancellations must be requested before the commencement of the project. Once work begins, cancellations will not qualify for refunds.
- Trial Clients: The 7-Day Free Trial can be canceled anytime during the trial period with no charges applied.
3. Ongoing Campaigns and Work-in-Progress
Upon cancellation, all ongoing ad campaigns, landing pages, and automation systems managed by Medura will be paused or deactivated. Any work completed prior to the cancellation request will be billed in full, and deliverables already created (ads, creatives, CRM systems, etc.) will remain the property of Medura until full payment is received.
4. No Immediate Refunds
Cancellation of a service does not automatically qualify for a refund. As outlined in our Refund Policy, all payments made for campaign setup, ads management, automation systems, or retainer services are non-refundable once work has begun.
5. Subscription and Retainer Plans
- All subscription or retainer payments are billed at the beginning of the billing period.
- Cancellations made after the billing date will take effect in the next billing cycle — no refunds will be provided for the current cycle.
- To prevent future billing, clients must ensure the cancellation request is submitted before the renewal date.
6. Campaign Assets and Data
After cancellation and upon full payment of outstanding dues, Medura will transfer ownership or access to applicable digital assets such as ad accounts, CRM setups, and automation systems. Proprietary systems, templates, or strategies developed by Medura for internal use remain the intellectual property of Medura.
7. Termination by Medura
Medura reserves the right to cancel or suspend a client’s services with or without prior notice if:
- The client violates our Terms of Service or payment terms.
- The client’s advertising or business practices breach medical marketing regulations.
- Repeated delays or non-cooperation hinder service delivery.
In such cases, Medura is not obligated to refund any payments already made.
8. Ad Account and Platform Responsibility
Clients are responsible for maintaining active access to their ad accounts, business managers, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business API. Medura will not be responsible for campaign interruptions caused by platform suspensions, billing issues, or access restrictions initiated by the client or third-party platforms.
9. Requesting a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact us via email at contact@medura.in with the subject line “Service Cancellation Request.” Include your registered business name, service details, and the reason for cancellation. Our team will acknowledge your request within 2–3 business days.
