1. General Policy
Medura operates as a service-based digital marketing agency. We invest significant time, resources, and expertise into strategy, campaign setup, and execution for every client. Due to the nature of our services, all payments made to Medura are non-refundable once the service has been initiated, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.
2. 7-Day Free Trial
For eligible clients, we may offer a 7-Day Free Trial to experience our systems before committing to a paid plan. During this trial:
- Our service fee is completely free.
- You are responsible only for ad spend paid directly to Meta or Google.
- Once you upgrade to a paid plan, standard refund terms apply as outlined below.
3. Paid Services
Once a paid campaign, system setup, or marketing project has begun, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of business decision or marketing direction.
- Unsatisfactory results due to external factors such as low ad budget, poor market demand, or inaccurate client data.
- Delays caused by client-side approvals, content submissions, or access permissions.
4. Campaign Performance and ROI
Marketing results depend on several variables including competition, budget, location, and audience behavior. While Medura follows proven strategies and optimization techniques, we do not guarantee specific results such as a fixed number of patients, leads, or revenue figures. Refunds cannot be issued based on perceived campaign performance.
5. Setup and Customization Fees
Any initial setup or onboarding fees paid for services such as campaign creation, CRM setup, landing page design, or automation system development are non-refundable once the work has commenced, as these involve labor, software, and intellectual effort.
6. Subscription and Retainer Services
For monthly or retainer-based services:
- Payments are billed at the start of each billing cycle.
- Cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days before the next billing date.
- Payments for ongoing or current billing cycles are non-refundable.
7. Exceptional Refund Considerations
In rare circumstances, partial refunds may be considered at Medura’s sole discretion if:
- A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
- A service was paid for but not initiated within 30 days of payment due to an internal delay on Medura’s side.
All approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
8. Third-Party Fees
Ad spend and subscription costs paid directly to third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, WhatsApp Business, or CRM providers are governed by their respective policies and are not controlled or refundable by Medura.
9. Project Termination
If a client wishes to terminate an ongoing project, all completed work and progress up to the termination date will be billed in full. Access to advertising accounts, campaigns, or systems built by Medura will be transferred only after the settlement of all outstanding payments.
